About Project X

Project X is desktop software and a marketplace of automation scripts for Old School RuneScape and RuneScape 3. By signing in or buying anything you agree to these terms. Project X is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Jagex Ltd, the makers of Old School RuneScape and RuneScape 3.

Your game account is your responsibility

Using third-party software and automation with Old School RuneScape or RuneScape 3 is against Jagex's rules, and Jagex may restrict or permanently ban accounts that use it. You use Project X entirely at your own risk. We cannot prevent action against your game account, and we are not responsible for any ban, restriction or loss of items, progress or membership that follows.

Your Project X account

• You sign in with Discord, and you must be old enough to use Discord where you live.
• One person per account. Don't share it, sell it, or resell access to scripts.
• Keep your client API tokens private. Anything done with them counts as done by you.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, abuses trials or referrals, or charges back a payment.

X Tokens

• X Tokens are credit for spending on Project X. One X Token costs one US dollar.
• They have no cash value, can't be withdrawn or exchanged for money, and don't expire.
• Bought tokens can be sent to another Project X user as a gift. Bonus tokens, such as referral rewards, can be spent but not sent.
• Referral bonuses are paid once per new account that joins through your link and tops up the amount shown on the X Tokens page. Accounts made to collect bonuses don't count, and bonuses gained that way can be removed.
• Buying X Tokens is final: they are never refunded as money. A script purchase can be refunded in X Tokens if you ask within 48 hours and the script's author approves. See the refund policy.

Scripts and access

• Buying a script gives you access for the period you choose: 1 week, 2 weeks or 1 month.
• Access never renews by itself. When it ends, the script stops until you buy more time.
• Free trials are one hour of a paid script, at most once a week per script.
• Scripts are provided as they are. Game updates can break them for a while, and we fix them as quickly as we can, but we don't promise any particular result, experience rate or profit, or that a script will work without interruption.
• Scripts are licensed to you to run, not sold. Don't copy, decompile, share or resell them.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe and crypto payments by NOWPayments. We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown in US dollars; your bank or wallet may charge for conversion.

Liability

As far as the law allows, Project X is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss to your game account, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced in the Project X Discord, and using Project X after that means you accept them. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
